About us
We make anatomy life-sized
Life-Sized Learning creates Anatomical CheatSheets: full-scale anatomy printed on lightweight chiffon, made to be draped over a real body, layered, hung on a wall or shared around a classroom. Our sheets are used by massage therapists, medical and nursing students, educators, military medics and lifelong learners.
Invented on the massage table
While training as a massage therapist, our founder Michelle Shaw, LMT, pictured the muscular system printed on the sheet draped over her client. She knew it could help anyone learning anatomy, and help therapists show clients exactly what is happening inside their bodies.
Drawn by a master anatomist
Every sheet is illustrated by Vincent Perez, an anatomist and fine artist whose work is held by the Museum of Modern Art, the Legion of Honor, the National Gallery and the Vatican.
Trusted by professionals
We are proud partners of AMTA, HAPS, FSMTA and the World Massage Festival, and our sheets are used in practice and on stage by educators like Sean-Michael Latimour, RMT.
Our team
The people behind the sheets
A massage therapist, a business leader, a master illustrator and a production designer. Together they turn anatomy into something you can see, touch and teach with.

Michelle Shaw, LMT
Inventor & President
Michelle is a licensed massage therapist, and her greatest passion is helping clients find relief from physical pain. Every product we make starts with that goal.
The idea for the Anatomical CheatSheet came to her while she was a student at the Health Options Institute of massage therapy. Standing over a client, she pictured the muscular system printed right onto the sheet draped across the table. As a hands-on, visual learner, she knew instantly how much easier anatomy would be to learn if you could see it at true size, exactly where it sits on a real body.
She also saw a second use: a sheet like that would let therapists show clients what they are working on and why. That dual purpose, a study tool for students and a communication tool for practitioners, still guides every sheet we design.
What she brings: the practitioner’s point of view. Michelle makes sure every sheet works in a real treatment room, not just on paper.

Every Anatomical CheatSheet is drawn by Vincent. His rare combination of artistic skill and anatomical knowledge is why our sheets are both accurate enough for professionals and clear enough for beginners.
